Twitter links...

I have a general question for the Mods... and maybe the general population.

I see that many here are also on twitter... do you find posting of some stuff on twitter helpful or do you get that from twitter already, so posting it here is redundant? I didn't see a formal policy about it... also, what about links to stuff on other sites that have their own forums (Crackberry is one with a lot of good information, but I don't want it be seen as proselytizing.)

I love twitter!

I find usefull info there and will bring it back to the forum. There are a lot of folks here that dont do twit or FB. I have no probs with bringing info back to BBB.

Well as far as twitter when I Tweet as you know it is just random crap going on and usually has nothing to do with the BBB (unless I am promoting an event.) I think that I rely less on Viigo than I used to because many of the RSS feeds I follow are also on twitter. I stay away from posting links to from forums within other sites do to the fact you don't know that content ( from posters) is reliable. I will post links from those sites web pages though ie. Berryreview, Boy Genius etc......


That is just how I approach it and opinion. It does not reflect the feelings of other Mods...

Really? I have seen Tommy's posts go to Twitter, but didn't click that it was from BBB. So every post from here posts on to Twitter? Man I must be behind the tech curve, lol!
